1. Black color cartridge sheet
2. Get few A 4 size sheet of different colors.
3. A pair of scissors.
4. Fevicol or glue stick(anything for pasting).
5. double sided tape.
6. Sketch pens,colors(crayons),sparkle pens
7. scale,pencil,eraser
For your reference i will no 1st page as 1(a) and back side of it as 1(b). So there are total 4 pages from single cartridge sheet 1(a)-to 4(b).

STEPS:
1. Take a cartridge sheet and cut it according to size of your card using scissors.Above card it 10 X 30 inches (approx.)take a cartridge sheet and fold it into halves.then again in two halves.so that it look like above.

Front page of the card looks like this i.e. 1(a)
to make the flowers take red and yellow sheets.i have made this flowers using a you tube video .below is the link

leaves are simply cut out from green paper and rolled a little to give a nice look.
u can then write anything you want on it.or copy the above.

Next step is to decorate from inside 1(b) and 2(a).I cut out some regular circle like you can see of blue and brown color and made that interesting pattern with them. To make the larger circle of pink color, make a circle of around 2.3-2.5 inches.and make a pattern around it as shown above. Then cut it.Then make another circle inside it of smaller radius ,like in my case outer was 2.5 and inner was around 1.8 inches.Cut that 1.8 inches circle.now put that circle on the black sheet and draw it.
using that outline cut that circle.also cut one white circle of same size and paste it on other side. 3(b)
you paste all other circle like above and write your birthday or any other messages in between.

3(a) page look like this.
these candles are pretty easy to make just take a rectangular strip and paste it.and make any zigzag or diagonal pattern on it.The flames of candle are also made like that .Just cut out flame from a sheet and color it. you can paste the flame and candles as it or with double sided tape that will give 3-d look to your card.
5. Last and final step is to make 4(a) page.for that cut out random strip of every color from your A 4 size sheets of different size in width but same size in length.Length of my card strip's were around 1/2 inches.
paste all the strips to make an awesome looking pattern.then take wide strip of same size as your 4(a) page in length and 2 inches wide.Write celebrate,happy birthday or anything you want and paste it with double side tape in middle of your pattern.
After doing this your simple yet elegant looking card is ready.
